Adult Learners’ week is a national celebration of lifelong learning and the benefits of continued learning into adulthood. Thousands of events, promotions and awards ceremonies, held between 18 – 24 May, highlight the many types of learning available to adults from all walks of life.
Customer experience lives much deeper in the subconscious, it is a feeling, a vibe, linked by our emotions. Therefore to fully understand customer experience we must come to understand how the customer feels both consciously and subconsciously.

With next day delivery being virtually standard and a host of high quality choices many new demands are placed on the transportation industry behind our one-click culture. How will it rise up and meet the demands of this brave new world?
So why would a company or stakeholder need to visualise a supply chain? This will depend on what you are trying to achieve and whether you are going to look at the supply chain from either a process or strategic perspective.
