Appendix A – Support Time
Course duration is dictated by the type of course and the level you choose to study. Student’s are required to submit all work during their course time and to have ensured a pass grade has been awarded prior to their end date. Work cannot be marked outside of course time. Marking timescales are listed on the learning platform.
Course times are clearly displayed within the IoSCM Price List. Your individual start and end date will be detailed within your welcome email during the enrolment process.
Appendix B – Course Extensions Fee
Once your course runs out, you will need to pay for additional study support time. The following prices are based on current pricing and give an indication only. This is the fee to extend your studies before your course ends. This price does not include re registration or membership. When you extend your study time, the IoSCM Learning Support Advisor will inform you if you need to renew any other products.

Appendix C – Course Time Renewal Fee
Once your course time has lapsed, you must renew your course time to resume your studies. The following prices are based on current pricing and give an indication only. Course Time Renewal is available for a maximum of six months from your course end date. This price does not include re-registration or membership. When you renew your study time, your Learning Support Advisor will inform you if you need to renew any other products.

Appendix D – PDF or Printed Materials
In exceptional circumstances, we are able to provide PDF or printed copies of study materials for some units of study. These requests will be considered on an individual basis.

Appendix E – Registration Fees/Re-Registration
Student’s registering on to qualifications from 1st June 2023 are provided with registration for the duration of their initial study period.
Should a learner wish to freeze or extend their study time, this will not include registration; therefore, additional registration fees (registration) will be required to resume studies.

Appendix F – Membership Fees
Students registered to qualifications prior to June 2023 must maintain an active membership throughout their studies until receipt of their qualification. Students registering to qualifications from 1st April 2024 must maintain an active membership for the commencement of their studies and for the Quality Assurance process carried out upon successful completion of all assessments prior to the claiming of any certification.
Membership is priced for 12 months. The following costs are for membership renewals. Again, these are subject to change. Once you have completed your course, or if you wish to become a member of our renowned institute (either without studying for a qualification or for learners registering for a qualification between 1st June 2023 and 28th March 2024) who also want to benefit from graded membership), your membership status is determined by assessing your current job role and level of study. A highly qualified member of the IoSCM team will be able to give you further guidance once they fully understand your current profession.

Appendix G – Cancellation Fees
You will be charged a set cancellation fee if you need to cancel your studies within the cooling-off period.

Appendix H – Certified Status
IoSCM Certified status is awarded depending on industry experience. The Institute team will consider each application. Certified Professional is awarded for a 5-year period, during which time the individual should be working towards achieving the Certified Expert status, which is awarded for life. These prices are subject to change.

Appendix I – Hold Fees
Throughout your course, you may have a requirement to place your studies on hold to allow you to focus on other commitments without interfering with your course and support time. Hold Fees are applicable each time you place your course time on hold. Placing your course time on hold does not pause your membership or registration time.
